Bolun cast wheels production line has world first-class manufacturing and detecting equipment, including 32 low-pressure casting machines, 26 gravity casting machines, continuous-type heat treatment furnaces, 85 CNC lathes and 41 machining centers, three domestic first-class automatic spraying lines, spectrum analyzers, X-ray machines, three-coordinate measuring machines, rotating-bending fatigue testing machines, radial rolling fatigue testing machines, impact testing machines, salt fog testing machines and universal materials testers. In 2018 year, the company purchased world first-class flow-forming machines from Germany. Automobile aluminum alloy hubs produced in the forge-spinning way have the advantages of small weight and high strength; moreover, aluminum having strong thermal conductivity can greatly prolong the service life of automobile tires, especially high-load tires.

Sizes range from 16" - 26" diameters with anywhere from 6" - 12" widths. Available in any construction option; Monoblock, 2 piece bolted or welded, and 3 piece rolled lip or step lip with a wide range of profile options from convex to deep concave with elevated spokes. Custom finish options are limitless. Solid single tones, textures, liquid color matching, multi-colored options, tinted and colored transparent powders or liquid paints laid over intricate hand polished or brushed metal.
